Today we got the best possible news regarding Scout! She does not need surgery for her hip dysplasia and we can throw away the brace she has had to wear since she was six months old. To celebrate, we went out for ice cream after dinner. Scout did not want to eat the ice cream, but we finally broke her down. She had about 5 small bites of vanilla with rainbow sprinkles.

Thrilled to hear that my little bug no longer needs the brace and will not need surgury either!!! Also very pleased to hear about the ice cream celebration! :-)
PS)She obviously needs more time with her auntie weezer to learn about the incredible, wonderful world of sweets!! :-)

That is such great news for Scout! I'm sure you are all relieved! Loved reading up on the girls' progress. We'll have to get our broods together soon.
