Simon

It was with much sadness that we said "Goodbye" to Simon (aka Simonella, Stinky Fella) on Tuesday, July 8, 2008, after he suffered a stroke.

This was a photo of Simon with Zoe that I had taken the week before his passing. She was busy kissing and hugging him and exclaiming "Simon cute," so I ran to get the camera.

Both girls had the chance to give him a hug and are still asking about him. Hopefully we have enough photos of him that their memories of his little spirit will stay with them always.

Zoe's First Taste of School

This is Zoe on her first day at Ms. Cindy's. She didn't stay too long because she was just getting a feel for it. She spent most of her time in Daddy's lap but for her first day, she did great.

Scout's Dinner with Cinderella

Scout and Mommy went to a very special dinner with Cinderella. Of course Mommy had to bring Scout's food be she had a blast.

Scout and Zoe Start New Schools

Zoe has become the newest student at Casa Di Montessori. She took Scout's place in Ms. Cindy's class. Today was day two and she didn't even cry when Mommy left her this morning! We'll see how she does in the next few days, but so far so good.

Scout has started full time at Montessori Preschool. The kids and teachers have been so nice and caring. They are being so attentive with regards to her allergies. We'll get some photos from the first day at school posted very soon.

Little Scout Mermaid

So Scout got The Little Mermaid for her birthday and has watched it about 10 times. She entertained us tonight at dinner with her rendition of "Part Of Their World." I know it looks like someone off camera is prompting her - but I promise it's all Scout. She might not have all the words right, but you can't tell me she doesn't know how to SELL it!
